The hotel charged extra for necessities like water and disposable items, which I've never encountered before. Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, and I had to walk to a sister hotel for meals due to a lack of on-site dining options.

I had a lovely stay at Kingsgate Al Jaddaf Hotel By Millennium. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception team, who made me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and a perfect retreat after my busy days exploring Dubai.

stayed at kingsgate for one night and I found the location super convenient, close to many attractions. the room was a bit small, but just right for a solo traveler. The highlight was definitely the staff. ms. michelle was especially helpful and had such a warm smile. it made my stay really pleasant.

Staying for 2 nights in a Standard King Room was delightful. The air-conditioned room was well-equipped with a minibar and a flat-screen TV, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The private bathroom included free toiletries, which added a nice touch to the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, particularly the comfortable room that allowed our dogs to join us. The close proximity to Meydan Race Course was a delightful surprise for our family, making it easy to explore the area.

In my wife’s opinion, check-in was frustrating and took too long.
